Terms of Use (EULA)

The End User Licence Agreement for the MYCONTENTLAB mobile apps for iOS, iPadOS and Android.

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Privacy PolicyTerms & ConditionsTerms of Use (EULA)Data Deletion

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use (this “EULA”) govern your use of the MYCONTENTLAB apps for iOS, iPadOS and Android (the “App”). The App is provided by AMW Media LTD (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales with company number 15747911, whose registered office is at 4 Newmans Row, Lincoln Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe, HP12 3RE, United Kingdom.

The App gives you access to the MYCONTENTLAB service, so our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply. If this EULA and the Terms & Conditions conflict on anything to do with the App itself, this EULA takes precedence. On everything else, the Terms & Conditions apply.

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Who this agreement is with

This EULA is between you and AMW Media LTD only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”) or Google LLC (“Google”). We, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the App and its content.

3. Your licence to use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download, install and use the App for your own use or your organisation’s internal business use, on devices you own or control.

  • If you downloaded the App from the App Store, you may use it on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may also be used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing, where the App Store allows this.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, or rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense it, except where the law allows you to do so.

4. Your account

You need a MYCONTENTLAB account to use the App. You can sign in with your email address and password, with Sign in with Apple (on iOS and iPadOS) or with Google. Optional two-factor authentication adds a second step at sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.

If an agency invites you to its workspace as a client, the agency decides what you can see and do. Invited client users do not pay for the App; the workspace owner manages the subscription and your access.

5. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

The App is free to download. To use the paid features, the workspace owner needs an active subscription. In the App you can buy the Creator, Freelancer or Agency plan as a monthly, auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the App and in the store before you confirm. Website prices are on our pricing page.

Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase (or when a free trial ends). Apple or Google processes the payment; we never see your card details.

Free trial

Eligible new subscribers get a 14-day free trial. The store decides who is eligible. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends (App Store), or before the trial ends (Google Play), it converts to a paid monthly subscription and you are charged at the start of the paid period.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (App Store), or before the end of the current period (Google Play). The store may charge the renewal up to 24 hours before the current period ends.

How to cancel

  • App Store: open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose MyContentLab and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple’s cancellation help.
  • Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose MyContentLab and tap Cancel subscription. Google’s cancellation help.

You can also reach these settings from the App: Account → Subscription → Manage subscription. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies, so we cannot issue refunds for them. You can request one from Apple or Google Play.

Changing plans

You can move between plans from Account → Subscription in the App or from the store’s subscription settings. When the change takes effect, and any price adjustment, follow the store’s rules.

Subscriptions bought on our website

If your workspace already pays through our website, that plan also works in the App, so you do not need to subscribe again. Website subscriptions are billed by Stripe and managed in Billing in the web app. Store and website subscriptions are separate, so check which one you have before you buy. If you reinstall the App or change device, use Restore purchases under Account → Subscription.

Deleting your MYCONTENTLAB account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google settings first, as described above.

6. Maintenance and support

We alone are responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App, as described on our Help and support page. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.

7. Warranty

Except as set out in this EULA, and to the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation in relation to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.

8. Product claims

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims from you or a third party relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to meet an applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.

9. Intellectual property claims

If a third party claims that the App, or your possession and use of it, infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.

10. Legal compliance

You confirm that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a United Kingdom or United States government embargo, or that the United States government has designated as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (b) you are not listed on any United Kingdom or United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11. Third-party terms

When you use the App, you must also comply with any third-party terms that apply, such as your mobile network or data agreement and the terms of the platforms you connect to MYCONTENTLAB (for example Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest or TikTok).

12. Google Play

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use of Google Play and your purchases are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Payments Terms of Service, and refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies. Google is not a party to this EULA.

13. Apple as a third-party beneficiary

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. When you accept this EULA, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary. Apart from this, no one other than you and us has any right to enforce this EULA.

14. Ending this agreement

You can stop using the App and delete it at any time. To delete your account and data, follow our Data Deletion steps. Your licence ends automatically if you break this EULA, and we may suspend or end your access as described in our Terms & Conditions. When the licence ends, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

15. Liability

Nothing in this EULA limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Otherwise, the limitation of liability in our Terms & Conditions applies.

16. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live, and your statutory rights are not affected.

17. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and tell you about material changes in the App or by email before they take effect.
