1. Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account or using mycontentlab.ai, the web app or the MYCONTENTLAB mobile apps for iOS and Android (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by AMW Media LTD, registered in England & Wales (company number 15747911). You must be at least 16 years old and have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

Your use of the mobile apps is also covered by our Terms of Use (EULA), which takes precedence over these Terms on matters specific to the apps.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mycontentlab.co.uk if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Subscriptions and add-ons are purchased only on our website and in the web app. Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown on our pricing page and before you confirm. The MYCONTENTLAB apps for iOS and Android are free companion apps for existing and trial workspaces: nothing is sold in the apps, and they do not take payments. A subscription belongs to the workspace and is managed by the workspace owner. Clients invited to a workspace do not pay.

Free trial

Eligible new workspaces get a 14-day free trial. A trial started on our website or by creating an account in the app begins without a payment card, and you choose whether to subscribe on our website when it ends. The Enterprise plan has no free trial: it is charged as soon as you choose it.

Website subscriptions (Stripe)

  • Paid plans are billed in advance by Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • You can change plan at any time from Settings → Billing in the web app. Upgrades (including moving from monthly to annual billing) take effect immediately and the prorated difference is charged at once; if you are still in a free trial, nothing is charged until the trial ends. Downgrades (including moving from annual to monthly billing) take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You can cancel at any time from Billing in the web app. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your workspace’s website plan also works in the mobile apps; there is nothing extra to buy in the apps.

4. Acceptable use

You will not (and will not allow others to): reverse-engineer the Service; abuse rate limits; transmit malware; infringe third-party rights; use the Service to send spam; or use it in violation of any applicable law or the terms of any connected platform (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).

5. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party APIs at your request. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms of service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok or any other connected provider. We are not responsible for outages, data accuracy or policy changes on those platforms.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, including software, branding and documentation, are owned by AMW Media LTD or its licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload or that we sync from connected platforms on your behalf. You grant us the licence necessary to host, process and display that data in order to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AMW Media LTD harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or your violation of a third-party right.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from account settings on the web, from Account → Help and privacy in the mobile apps, or by emailing legal@mycontentlab.co.uk. See Data Deletion for details.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
