1. Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account or using mycontentlab.co.uk (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by AMW Media LTD, registered in England & Wales. You must be at least 16 years old and have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mycontentlab.co.uk if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from the billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You will not (and will not allow others to): reverse-engineer the Service; abuse rate limits; transmit malware; infringe third-party rights; use the Service to send spam; or use it in violation of any applicable law or the terms of any connected platform (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).

5. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party APIs at your request. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms of service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok or any other connected provider. We are not responsible for outages, data accuracy or policy changes on those platforms.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, including software, branding and documentation, are owned by AMW Media LTD or its licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload or that we sync from connected platforms on your behalf. You grant us the licence necessary to host, process and display that data in order to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AMW Media LTD harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or your violation of a third-party right.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from account settings, or by emailing legal@mycontentlab.co.uk.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
