The three-tier evaluation lifecycle

When exploring add-on tabs during your organization's free trial, each module displays an interactive Live Demo Mode using realistic sample data. This allows you to experience the exact interface before purchasing a subscription.

Stage 2: Free live run (on paid platform plans)

Once your agency is on an active paid plan (Creator, Freelancer, Agency, or Enterprise), every client workspace automatically receives 1 Free One-Time Live Run for each add-on.

Stage 3: Continuous add-on subscription

Once approved, activate the add-on subscription to turn on continuous, scheduled background automation.

How to apply add-ons to clients

1. Navigate to Add-Ons in the main agency navigation.
2. Under the Catalog tab, locate the desired add-on (or the All-in-One Bundle).
3. Click Apply to Clients.
4. Use the Client Picker Modal to select which client workspaces will receive the add-on.
5. Review the immediate monthly total.
6. Click Confirm & Activate. Automation starts immediately for all selected accounts.

Agency rebilling and margin management

Add-on billing mechanics

• Independent billing cycle: Add-ons are billed separately from your core organization subscription on their own monthly cycle.
• No mid-cycle proration: When you apply an add-on to a client, you are charged for the full monthly period starting on the day of activation, renewing monthly on that date until cancelled.
• 1-click cancellation: Cancel an add-on subscription for any client workspace anytime in Add-Ons → Client Subscriptions. Automation continues until the end of the paid period.
