HubSpot integration guide
Connect your HubSpot CRM portal to MyContentLab to track deal pipelines, closed revenue, contact acquisition velocity, and campaign-level sales attribution alongside your organic and paid social channels.
Overview and key benefits
Integrating HubSpot bridges the gap between top-of-funnel marketing (impressions, ad spend, video engagement) and bottom-of-funnel business outcomes:
- Revenue attribution: Connect closed-won HubSpot deals directly with specific marketing campaigns and social channels.
- Pipeline stage funnels: Visualize stage-by-stage deal progression, bottleneck stages, and conversion drop-offs.
- Win rate and sales velocity: Monitor average deal cycle times, deal values, and win/loss ratios in real time.
- Unified client reporting: Include live HubSpot sales KPIs in your executive PDF client reports and shareable portal dashboards.

Troubleshooting and FAQs
How often does HubSpot data refresh?
Data refreshes automatically every 2 to 4 hours. You can trigger an instant synchronization anytime by opening Sales & CRM and clicking Refresh Data.
What happens if our team creates a new pipeline in HubSpot?
Newly created pipelines in HubSpot are automatically detected during the next scheduled sync. To switch active views, open the pipeline selector dropdown at the top of the Sales & CRM page.
What should I do if the connection shows "Re-authentication Required"?
If an administrator changes passwords or revokes OAuth access in HubSpot settings:
- Open Connections in MyContentLab.
- Click Reconnect on the HubSpot card.
- Complete the OAuth prompt to issue a fresh access token without losing historical report history.
