CRM connector integration guide
Connect your CRM system (including Lead Connector and custom CRM configurations) to MyContentLab to synchronize sales pipelines, deal movements, won revenue, booked appointments, and email marketing broadcast metrics.
Overview and key benefits
The CRM Connector establishes a comprehensive data bridge between your client's marketing funnels and their sales closing engine:
- Full pipeline visibility: Track deals across every stage of custom sales pipelines (Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed Won, Closed Lost).
- Revenue and ROI calculation: Correlate advertising spend with closed-won dollar values to prove exact client ROI.
- Appointment and lead tracking: Monitor booked sales calls and new lead acquisition velocity.
- Email marketing analytics: Ingest broadcast email open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribe statistics.
