For agencies that bundle marketing services with proprietary sales CRM packages, white-label the CRM Connector integration to match your agency product catalog.

Overview and capabilities

If your agency resells or packages CRM services to your clients under a proprietary product name (e.g., "GrowthDesk CRM", "Aura Pipeline Engine", "OmniLeads"):

• Custom connector name: Rename the CRM integration in your client's Connections Hub.
• Custom integration icon and logo: Upload your own product badge.
• Unified client experience: Clients perceive the analytics and CRM modules as a single, coherent software ecosystem developed by your agency.

Setup steps

1. In the sidebar, go to Settings → White-Label → CRM Reseller.
2. Enter your Custom CRM Name (e.g., Aura Sales Hub).
3. Upload a square PNG or SVG Connector Icon.
4. Enter custom help documentation or support contact URLs.
5. Click Save Reseller Branding.
