Welcome to your client performance portal. This guide walks you through accepting your invitation, accessing your dashboard, reviewing content concepts, and downloading executive reports.
Step 1: Accepting your portal invitation
- Check your inbox for an invitation email sent by your agency partner (e.g., Subject: "Your Agency Partner has invited you to your Marketing Portal").
- Click the button: Accept Invitation & Access Portal.
- You will be directed to your agency's secure portal page.
- Set a strong password (minimum 8 characters) and click Activate Account.

Once logged in, your workspace gives you direct access to your marketing performance and creative pipelines:
1. Executive dashboard
- Key vital stats: Real-time reach, engagement rates, ad spend, and conversions.
- AI executive summary: Plain-language highlights synthesizing the week's top wins and optimization priorities.
- Period filter: Switch date ranges between Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or This Month.
2. Content lab and production calendar
- View scheduled short-form video concepts, carousels, and upcoming posts.
- Click on any post card to review the full script, spoken hook, and visual concept.
- Approve or request revisions: Leave comments directly for your agency team ("Approved for filming" or "Please adjust the CTA to point to our webinar").
3. Creative video analysis
- Review retention audits and diagnostic scores on newly produced video creative.
4. Executive reports archive
- Download official monthly performance PDF reviews and historical presentations with one click.

What should I do if I forget my password?
On your agency's portal login page, click Forgot Password? and enter your work email. A password reset link will arrive in your inbox within 60 seconds.
Can I access the portal from my mobile device?

Can I invite additional members of my internal team?
Contact your dedicated agency account manager to send additional portal invitations to your colleagues.
