Branded email delivery guide

Ensure all automated communications dispatched from MyContentLab carry your agency's branding, custom sender name, and brand color palette.

Email types branded by your agency

When email white-labeling is active, the following automated emails adopt your agency brand:

1. Client portal invitations: Sent when onboarding new client users.
2. Password reset and security alerts: Sent when clients reset access.
3. Scheduled PDF reports: Weekly or monthly executive performance summaries delivered to stakeholder distribution lists.
4. Content approval notifications: Sent when new scripts in the Content Lab are ready for client review.

Configuration options

Navigate to Settings → White-Label → Email Branding:

1. Sender profile

• From Name: e.g., "Aura Agency Performance Desk" or "Northstar Client Team".
• Reply-To Address: e.g., support@youragency.com or accounts@youragency.com.

2. Header and visuals

• Displays your uploaded transparent agency logo.
• Top colored accent bar matching your primary brand color (--primary).

3. Custom support footer

• Add custom footer disclaimers, office contact details, and links to your agency terms of service.
• Complete removal of third-party platform mentions.
