How agency gamification works

MyContentLab includes a built-in gamification engine designed to reward team consistency and campaign milestones:

• Earn experience points (PTS): Complete workspace setups, hit metric milestones, maintain healthy connection streaks, and run AI analyses to bank points.
• Level up your agency roster: Progress through 8 institutional mastery levels.
• Claim bonus credits and rewards: Redeem accumulated points for bonus AI runs, video audit credits, or agency profile badges.

Challenge categories and quests

Challenges are organized into five growth categories:

1. Setup quests: Connect platforms, configure brand colors, invite first team member (+50–100 PTS each).
2. Growth quests: Achieve +10% follower growth, post 10 consecutive Reels, generate 50 Content Lab ideas (+150–300 PTS).
3. Performance quests: Achieve 4.0%+ blended engagement rate, maintain 0 broken connections (+200–400 PTS).
4. Revenue quests: Log £10k+ in closed CRM deals, hit target ad ROAS of 3.5x (+300–600 PTS).
5. Premium quests: Activate custom domain SSL, deploy white-label client portals (+500 PTS).

Claiming rewards and bonus allowances

When a quest is completed, a Ready to Claim badge appears.

1. Open Goals & Tasks > Challenges.
2. Click Claim +PTS on the completed card.
3. Points immediately bank into your organization's total, leveling up your profile and unlocking rewards in the Rewards Bank.
